Chicken Enchiladas v.s. The Lasagna Home Cooked Gift
I know when people think about making a homemade meal for someone as a gift, making a lasagna might be the first recipe that comes to mind. Don't get me wrong, a good lasagna is great, but here is another recipe for you that is easy and delicious. Chicken enchiladas might not be on the radar screen as an idea for homemade gift giving, but the recipient will definitely appreciate he uncommonness.
